This summer I’m experimenting with some new recipes…as part of my new book project!

These mini-quiches puffed up until they looked like they were trying to hop out of the oven. The kids loved watching them settle down as they cooled, and they were a hit at lunch. One of their friends was over for a play date and her verdict was: “my very first quiche….and I liked it!”
