Jeannie Marshal is a Canadian living in Italy who has written a wonderful book (Outside the Box) about Italian food culture and the threats it faces–which are remarkably similar to those we’re facing in Canada, the US, and many other industrialized countries.
We’re exchanging book reviews today, and here is her post with a review of French Kids Eat Everything, which includes a thoughtful discussion of the French Food Rules explained with an Italian twist. Thanks Jeannie!
ps I’ll be posting my review of Jeannie’s book later today!
